在哈爾濱極地公園，白鯨寶貝和馴養師一起貢獻了靈動歡快的彩蛋表演，為遊客們送上元旦的祝福。來自浙江溫州的劉女士選擇在2025年的第一天就來到極地公園，對新升級的新白鯨秀和新海豚秀讚不絕口。「從沒看過這麼震撼的白鯨表演，白鯨寶寶和馴養師的配合演繹實在太治癒了，感受到白鯨給我的浪漫祝福。」
全面升級企鵝巡遊規模及服務
同時，極地公園再度上演「淘學企鵝冰雪大巡遊」，外籍演員們用熱情活力的舞蹈將節日氣氛點燃了起來，遊客們積極地揮手互動，迎接「淘學企鵝家族」的到來。在歡快的音樂聲中，「淘學企鵝」家族閃亮登場，用牠們搖搖擺擺的身姿，為遊客們送上最可愛的祝福。熱烈的歡呼、有愛的互動，將這場冰雪派對的氣氛推向高潮！
極地公園在今冬的「淘學企鵝冰雪大巡遊」的規模、形式以及服務上進行了全面升級。巡遊現場搭建了梯形看台、延長了巡遊路線，讓更多遊客以更好的視野觀看到企鵝的萌態，更在室外建設抗寒冰屋，以便遊客取暖，並免費為遊客提供薑糖水。
湖南長沙的張先生對此表示讚賞：「第一次來觀看企鵝巡遊，雖然在戶外等了一段時間，但喝到了工作人員準備的薑糖水，太暖啦。」
而在哈爾濱冰雪大世界，冰滑梯仍是最受歡迎的項目，今冬還增加了冰滑梯滑道數量。一到開放時段，冰滑梯的入口處便人頭攢動，遊客們身着五彩斑斕的防寒服興奮地等待着。
開發線上預約減少排隊時間
為方便遊客合理規劃排隊和體驗時間，哈爾濱冰雪大世界特別開發了冰滑梯線上預約功能，以每兩個小時為一個時段，每個時段的名額為1,300人次。哈爾濱冰雪大世界市場營銷部副部長孫澤旻表示，「今年我們改成了預約的形式，遊客提前預約好後，可以在規定的時間去乘坐超級冰滑梯，有效節約遊客排隊的時間。」該功能一經推出就受到遊客歡迎，每次名額放出後很快就一搶而空。
來自香港的吳女士表示，預約確實不太容易，但也更加珍惜這難得的體驗機會。
另外，哈爾濱冰雪大世界還在排隊區修建了暖廊。這一貼心舉措讓遊客在寒冷的天氣中也能感受到溫暖與舒適，進一步提升了遊客的滿意度。
歷經一個小時左右的時間，吳女士終於與同行的小夥伴體驗上了世界最長冰滑梯帶來的速度與激情。在滑道上，遊客們的尖叫聲、歡笑聲此起彼伏，形成了一道獨特的風景線。冰滑梯的刺激與樂趣讓遊客們流連忘返，吳女士說，這是她們來哈爾濱冰雪大世界最難忘的體驗之一。

Mr. Zhang from Changsha, Hunan Province, appreciated this: "It was the first time I came to watch the penguin parade. Although I had to wait for a while outdoors, I drank the ginger-sugar water prepared by the staff, which was too warm."
In Harbin Ice-snow World, ice slides are still the most popular item, and the number of slides has increased this winter. The entrance to the ice slide will be crowded as soon as the opening period, with tourists dressed in colourful winter clothing waiting excitedly.
Developing online reservations to reduce wait times
To facilitate tourists' planning of the queuing and reasonable experience time, Harbin Ice-snow World has developed an online reservation function for the ice slide, with every two hours as a time slot, and the quota for each time slot is 1,300 people. Mr. Sun Zemin, deputy director of the marketing department of the Harbin Ice-snow World, said, "This year, we have changed to the form of reservation so that tourists who have made a reservation in advance can ride the super ice slide at the specified time, which can effectively save the queuing time of tourists. Tourists welcomed the function once it was launched, and every time the quota was released, it was snapped up quickly. Ms Wu from Hong Kong said it is not easy to make a reservation, but she also cherishes this rare experience.
In addition, Harbin Ice-snow World also built a warm corridor in the queuing area. This thoughtful measure allows visitors to feel warm and cosy in cold weather, further enhancing their satisfaction.
After an hour or so, Ms. Wu and her companion finally experienced the speed and passion of the world's longest ice slide, where visitors screamed and laughed one after another, forming a unique landscape.
